Stage planned
The owner adds a stage, sets its date and status, and assigns the people responsible. The client sees the same schedule, always with up-to-date information.
Completion reported
From their phone, the subcontractor reports that the work on their stage is ready for handover. They can add a comment.
Approval
The owner accepts the report, or declines it with a comment. The stage status changes for everyone at once.
SMS signature
The PDF contract goes out for signing with an SMS code. Signing leaves an evidence trail: a reference number, a timestamp and a sealed file.
You get into a project by invitation
There is no sign-up from the street. The owner invites a client or a subcontractor by e-mail, and they sign in with a one-time code, without a password. Up to ten subcontractors can be assigned to one stage.
