PLN 65 per m² gross (8% VAT). The price covers the materials, their transport and the whole scope of work: protection, priming, two coats of skim coat, sanding and dust removal. We count the area of walls and ceilings.
Yes, these are names for the same method. We apply the skim coat by machine, spraying it in two coats, and then sand the surface.

No. We paint walls and ceilings together with the skim coat, not as a standalone service. You can add painting to your skim coat quote in the calculator.
Skim coat needs prepared walls, so we mostly apply it in new-build homes. In resale properties we do it when the walls are already prepared.
We do not renovate apartments. We apply skim coat mainly in new apartments, and on the secondary market only on walls that are already prepared. Turnkey finishing is for the primary market only.
